The methodcomprises the following steps: positioning a key failure part of a structure system, and performing hierarchical segmentation on the key failure part to obtain a component-level unit and a component-level unit forming the component-level unit; performing multiple reliability verification experiments on each element-level unit to obtain first experimental data; performing multiple reliability verification tests on each component-level unit to obtain second experimental data; obtaining a reliability function of the component-level unit according to the composition structure of the component-level unit, the first experimental data and the second experimental data; and performing a preset number of structural reliability verification tests on the structural system to obtain third experimentaldata, and obtaining the final reliability of the structural system according to the composition structure of the structural system, the third experimental data and the component-level reliability function.
