The dimming interface unit comprises at least two dimming interfaces which are used for being connected with different dimming controllers, and the dimmingcontrollers can conduct dimming on the LED lighting unit through the reserved dimming terminal. The invention further provides an LED lighting system comprising the LED lighting device. A user can conduct dimming on the LED lighting device and the LED lighting system through different dimming controllers.
