When the method is executed on a controller, the method comprises: according to the requirement for real-time transmission in a network, generating a current scheduling table of a target switchin the network through a scheduling table global calculation tool, and recording, by the current scheduling table, the forwarding moment and the forwarding destination port corresponding to a to-be-processed message; and sending the current scheduling table to a corresponding target switch to enable the target switch to store the current scheduling table, and forwarding the message according to the forwarding moment and the forwarding destination port in the current scheduling table.
