The guide wire assembly comprises an outer guide wire, an inner guide wire, a net basket and a guide wire handle. According to the using method of the thrombus aspirationdevice, the catheter assembly slowly penetrates into a blood vessel, the supporting net reaches the thrombus in the blood vessel, and a catheter push handle is pushed to start the supporting net. Then the guide wire assembly slowly penetrates into a catheter inner core from a guide wire interface till a soft head penetrates through thrombus, the net basket integrally penetrates through thrombus and reaches the other side of thrombus, and then the guide wire push handle is pushed to start the net basket. Finally, the guide wire assembly is slowly pulled towards the outside of the catheter assembly, the net basket drives the thrombus to move towards the supporting net, and at the moment, the thrombus is sucked outwards through an injector to be sucked into the catheter inner core and then enters the injector.
