In the illustrated embodiment, each sub-layer 104, 108, 112 has a substantially uniform thickness over its respective area. In other embodiments, the respective thicknesses of the sublayers may vary. In some embodiments, each of the first, second and third sub-layers 104, 108, 112 has a similar thickness.
