The air detection sampler comprises a base; a sliding support device is arranged on the base; a controller is arranged on the base; an automatic sampling box device is arranged on the base; an automatic adjustment sampling cylinder device is arranged on the automatic sampling box device; two sampling sleeves are in abutting joint, so that a sampling storage cylinder is formed; damage of a sampling bag due to an external reason is prevented; due to matching of an electric telescopic rod, an annular piston and the two sampling sleeves, the inner walls of the sampling sleeves can be cleaned through the annular piston rapidly and effectively, so that the cleanliness in the sampling sleeves is kept; an exhaust electric telescopic rod and an exhaust piston are matched; therefore, after sampling for one time is completed, residual gas in a sampling air pipe is discharged into an external environment through the exhaust piston; therefore, the air sampling precision is ensured; the error generated by sampling is reduced; and thus, air sampling is relatively precise.
