Abstract

The invention relates to a fault recovery method for an active power distribution network with the consideration to a charging, discharging and storage integrated station. The method comprises the following steps: 1) establishing an integrated station load emergency support model and a scheduling strategy; 2) enabling the integrated station to receive a load emergency support instruction of a power grid dispatching center and converting the load emergency support instruction into a power supply state from a load state, wherein CS, BSS and CESS in the station serve as energy storage unit for ordered discharge support of partial power-losing loads of the power grid; 3) establishing an active power distribution network fault recovery model and strategy with the consideration to the integratedstation; 4) optimizing the island power supply ranges of the integrated station and the DG and the output of the two sides; 5) performing fault reconstruction on the residual network of the power grid; 6) optimizing and solving the active power distribution network fault recovery model with the consideration to the integrated station through using a chaotic simulated annealing empire competitionalgorithm. Compared with the prior art, the method overcomes the technical difficulty in optimizing the output of each part of the energy storage subsystem of the dispatching integrated station, improves the operation state of the fault recovery stage of the active power distribution network, and improves the self-healing capability of the active power distribution network.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of distribution network fault recovery, in particular to an active distribution network fault recovery method taking into account a charge-discharge-storage integrated station. Background technique [0002] With the random and volatile electric vehicle (electric vehicle, EV) and distributed generation (distributed generation, DG) increasing year by year in the energy structure, my country's new energy industry has entered a stage of accelerated development. The adverse effects of EV and DG on the safe and stable operation of the power grid become more and more serious with the large-scale access of the two, which brings the network power flow in the traditional distribution network from the original one-way flow to two-way flow. The traditional determination-based The distribution network fault recovery method based on dynamic power flow analysis has been unable to meet the requirements of active distributio...
