Abstract

The water-containing core packaging and storage device comprises a packaging support, one or more rollers, a rocker arm bracket, a wax seal kettle and a seal barrel. The packaging support comprises two opposite side walls which are arranged in a spaced manner; each side wall is provided with a gear clamping groove plate; and each gear clamping groove plate is provided with multiple clamping grooves in the height direction. The rollers are arranged between the two side walls in an erected manner, can be withdrawn and released and are used for packaging a film layer of a core. The rocker am bracket comprises a clamping assembly and support arms, wherein the support arms are rotatably connected to the two opposite ends of the clamping assembly; the clamping assembly is used for fixing the core; and the free end of each support arm is rotatably connected with the corresponding side wall,and each support arm can be connected into the corresponding clamping groove in a clamped manner for limiting. The wax seal kettle comprises a containing groove and a heater, wherein the heater is used for heating the containing groove; and the clamping assembly can extend into the containing groove. The seal barrel is used for containing the core sealed through the film layer. By means of the water-containing core packaging and storage device and the application method, the problems that when not being preserved properly, a core is likely to lose water and be broken in the transportation process are solved.
