The supporting plate is arranged between the tail plate and the top plate, and the corresponding number of the supporting plates can be set according to screen folding times. The outer contour of the flexible screen or an elastic supporting layer arranged on the back surface of the flexible screen is the same as the sector shape of a folding fan, so that the flexible screen forms a flat plane after being opened; and different positions of the back surface of the flexible screen or the elastic supporting layer arranged on the back surface of the flexible screen are respectively fixed on the top plate, the supporting plate and the tail plate, so that the flexible screen can be folded and closed or opened in a plane shape like a folding fan.
