Abstract

The invention relates to an offline copyright content distribution system and method. The system comprises a platform party for obtaining a copyrighted content provided by a copyright party, and encrypting the copyright content to obtain encrypted content; a user terminal for downloading the encrypted content from the platform party, and performing the offline transmission of the encrypted contentbetween the user terminals, and sending an authentication request to the platform party when playing the encrypted content to an encryption point. The platform party is further configured to: decryptthe encrypted content after the authentication is passed, and allow a user terminal to continue playing the decrypted content. The platform party is further configured to: perform three-party sharing, wherein the three parties include a copyright party, the platform party, and a user party that meets a preset condition. This invention can reduce the requirements on the network and lowers the payment threshold.
