Abstract

The invention discloses a battery cell sorting method, comprising: (1) regulating parameters of a controller; (2) putting a whole line of battery cells in a material box into a conveyer belt; (3) conveying a single battery cell to an electrical performance test mechanism; (4) measuring the electrical performance parameter values of the battery cell by the electrical performance test mechanism; (5)conveying the battery cell to a communicating cavity where the tail end of the conveyer belt is communicated with the upper end of a sorting cylinder, descending a hook portion on an oscillating barto hook the battery cell; (6) upwarping the hook portion to drop the battery cell onto a sorting plate, sucking the battery cell into a corresponding sorting hopper and enabling the battery cell to drop into a collecting cavity; (7) repeating steps (3) to (6), pushing a row of lithium battery cells into the material box by a pushing plate, and the material box descends a certain distance along with a material box frame; (8) repeating step (7), taking out the material box which is full of the battery cells, and putting in an empty material box.
