According to the scheduling request transmission method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, under the circumstance that the first time frequency resource of the physical uplink control channel of the user equipment for transmitting a scheduling request and the second time frequencyresource of the uplink shared channel of the user equipment for transmitting data have an overlap in time domain is determined, the scheduling request can be transmitted through the second time frequency resource of the physical uplink control channel, thereby obtaining uplink resources through the scheduling request as soon as possible to transmit a caching state report, and ensuring a requirement of a first service for relatively low time delay.
