The branch wire clamping apparatus comprises a sliding base, a first clamping arm, a guiding rod, a clamping arm reset spring and a second clamping arm, and also comprises a tractive mechanism, a one-way hand wheel and a clutching mechanism, wherein the tractive mechanism comprises a pull wire and a pull wire winding roller, wherein the first end of the pull wire is used for traction of the second clamping arm; the second end of the pull wire is wound around the pull wire winding roller; the one-way hand wheel is used for driving the pull wire winding roller in a one-way manner; and the clutching mechanism is arranged on the transmission path of the one-way handwheel and the pull wire tractive mechanism and used for clamping and unlocking.
