Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the common physical therapy methods for neck and shoulder pain relief include manual massage or mechanical physical therapy. In manual massage, the masseur can properly adjust the massage intensity according to the language feedback of the subject to achieve the best massage effect. However, due to the lack of language communication, mechanical physical therapy cannot Let the machine understand the feelings of the recipient, which ultimately leads to the inability to achieve the best physical therapy effect

Abstract

The invention relates to a closed-loop ultrasonic pain physiotherapy system based on electromyographic signal feedback, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (Step 1) ultrasonic physiotherapy is carried out on a subject, and electromyographic electrodes are placed; (Step 2) electromyographic signals are acquired in real time, wavelets are decomposed, and electromyographic signals within 500Hz are extracted; (Step 3) a Butterworth filter is used for extracting 50-150Hz electromyographic signals; (Step 4) the amplitude of the electromyographic signals within the fragrance band is calculated; (Step 5) the amplitude of physiotherapeutic ultrasound is regulated according to the change of signal amplitude. The closed-loop ultrasonic pain physiotherapy system based on electromyographic signal feedback which is provided by the invention can qualitatively analyze the pain degree of the treated part of the subject from the source, process and analyze extracted signals and judge the physiotherapeutic effect of the subject according to the average amplitude change of electromyographic signals of the subject, so that physiotherapeutic intensity can be regulated to provide more effective physiotherapy for the subject.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention mainly relates to the technical field of medical engineering, and specifically relates to a closed-loop pain ultrasonic physiotherapy system based on electromyographic signal feedback. Background technique [0002] Neck and shoulder pain is a common clinical symptom caused by chronic strain on the soft tissues of the neck and shoulders. Surface electromyography is a new, non-invasive means of examining muscle activity, which can measure muscle activity and function. In the process of pain relief, there will be a corresponding increase in the amplitude of the EMG signal of the corresponding muscle. [0003] At present, the common physical therapy methods for neck and shoulder pain relief include manual massage or mechanical physical therapy. In manual massage, the masseur can properly adjust the massage intensity according to the language feedback of the subject to achieve the best massage effect. However, due to the lack of language comm...
