Embodiment Construction

[0093] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0094] The embodiment of the present invention takes the health diagnosis of gas circuit components of a certain type of turbofan engine as an example, where the turbofan engine is replaced by a nonlinear component-level reference model, and the iteration method of this component-level model is the Newton-Raphson method.

[0095]In order to estimate unmeasurable health parameters and thrust margin performance parameters, the measurable parameters of the turbofan engine used in the present invention include rotating speed, temperature and pressure at the outlet of some parts. In order to test the effectiveness of the present invention in non-Gaussian systems, Rayleigh noise was added to the engine model as process noise, and the standard deviation of Ra...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for diagnosing online part faults of turbofan engines. The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a diagnosis model by adoption of a Broydeniteration method; establishing an LM optimizer; solving a health parameter; determining a mutational fault mode; estimating thrust and a margin; and storing above diagnosis results and outputting a diagnosis report. According to the method and system, the diagnosis problem when fault sample data is lack and process noise is non-Gaussian noise during existing turbofan engine online fault diagnosisprocess is solved; unmeasurable flow and efficiency can be estimated; thrust, fan margin and gas compressor margin performance parameters can be monitored, so that diagnosis basis is provided for subsequent possible fault-tolerant control measures; and the calculation amount is relatively small and the turbofan engine onboard real-time requirements can be satisfied.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of fault diagnosis of aero-engine components, in particular to a method and system for on-line fault diagnosis of turbofan engine components. Background technique [0002] The operating environment of aircraft engines is extremely harsh, including extreme high temperature, strong vibration, wide load range and so on. During the working life of a turbofan engine, the performance of the turbofan engine will gradually deteriorate due to compressor fouling, increased tip clearance, and inevitable wear and corrosion. Not only that, foreign object damage can also lead to a sharp decline in engine performance. In order to ensure the reliability of the aero-engine must be guaranteed within its flight life, engine performance monitoring and fault diagnosis methods are widely used to improve the reliability and safety of the engine. In order to reduce maintenance costs, the performance monitoring system integrates the mainten...
