Abstract

For such a phenomenon that the radar dome is partially layered by extremely high partial stress of the radar dome, which is easily caused when a high load is applied to the large-curvature radar dome having the small-size region by using a canvas belt and an operator type wood block, a test result is too harsh. According to the static load application method for the large-curvature radar dome, a loading air bag and a loading cavity are adopted, and a loading sand bag is further adopted. The radar dome is placed in the loading cavity; the loading sand bag is placed in a region near to the large-curvature position of the radar dome; the loading air bag covers the radar dome; the loading air bag is inflated to load the radar dome. Therefore, the radar dome can be uniformly and fully loaded, and the efficiency of the static test can be improved.
