Abstract

The invention provides a physical examination scheduling system and a scheduling method thereof. The physical examination scheduling system comprises a computer server, a printer, a computer and a barcode scanner. After an examinee reaches a physical examination institution to register at a front desk and go through corresponding physical examination formalities, the printer prints a physical examination form with a barcode for the examinee; the computer server assigns a physical examination room to the examinee according to a principle of the shortest waiting time; the examinee enters the physical examination room through waiting in line, starts a physical examination after scanning the barcode on the physical examination form and scans the barcode on the physical examination form againafter the physical examination is completed; information obtained through twice scanning is transmitted to the computer server through the computer in the physical examination room; meanwhile, the computer server assigns a next physical examination room for the examinee according to the principle of the shortest waiting time till all physical examination items are completed. The physical examination scheduling system and the scheduling method thereof provided by the invention have the benefits that 1, the examinee can select a physical examination room with the shortest waiting time to insertinto the tail of a queue of the physical examination room; 2, the physical examination waiting time can be estimated according to the physical examination time of a previous examinee in each physicalexamination room.
