The two signal sensors are connected to a micro-processor which includes a timing unit and a comparing unit. When the two signal sensors are triggered successively, the timing unit acquires the time slot between the two triggered signals. The comparing unit compares the obtained time slot with a preset time slot threshold value. If the obtained time slot is smaller than the preset time slot threshold value, the micro-processor transmits a control signal to an electrical machinery driving module to drive the electrical machinery to rotate so as to drive the cover plate to open or close.
