The method comprises the steps that a decomposition system decomposes a whole sliding bearing system into a bearing rotor subsystem and a peripheral auxiliary subsystem in a modularized mode, and then the bearing rotor subsystem and the peripheral auxiliary subsystem are decomposed into components; the system models and builds component model bases corresponding to the components, the component model bases are combined into an assembly model base, according to the assembly model base, a bearing rotor subsystem model base and a peripheral auxiliary subsystem model base are built, and according to the bearing rotor subsystem model base and the peripheral auxiliary subsystem model base, a sliding bearing system model is constructed; parameters of the sliding bearing system model are verified and set in a simulation mode, and the sliding bearing operation performance and the dynamics performance of a supporting rotor thereof are analyzed and verified in a simulation mode.
