The first transmission piece and the second transmission piece are respectively connected with a lens of the rear-view mirror. A transmission component is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor; and the position adjusting structure is engaged with the first transmission piece while driving the transmission component to be in a first position and is engaged with the second transmission piece while driving the transmission component to be in a second position. The controller adjusts the position of the lens according to the current position of the lens, which is acquired in real time and detected by the first angle sensor and the second angle sensor; and the controller adjusts the lens to a preset target angle position. The angle adjusting device for the rear-view mirror has the advantages that the angle adjusting accuracy of the rear-view mirror is improved and the angle adjusting efficiency of the rear-view mirror is enhanced by adjusting the position of the lens according to the preset target angle.
