A smart home signal transmission system and method comprises a transmission terminal and a control terminal, wherein the structure has the characteristics of transmission terminal contains wireless signal receiving end which receives the signal from remote control and connects with transmission line. Transmission terminal contains emitting transducer which can convert electrical signal into ultrasonic -wave signal. Transmission line can transmit ultrasonic -wave signal. The system has simple structure, easy operation and low economic cost, conducive to mass large scale application. A smart home signal transmission method characterizes in following: a) determining whether there is wireless transmission obstruction environment and carrying out wireless communication by remote control for smart home to control smart home if there is no obstruction. The signal transmission system has humane communication design and selects signal transmission mode according to the environment. By utilizing ultrasonic -wave transmission, the signal transmission system only needs to match with transducer in using, which is economic and efficient.
