The anti-grabbing method comprises steps of: receiving a verification request sent by a browser, wherein the verification request is used for verifying an access request for accessing the website contents and comprises an identifier of the verification request and first verification information generated by the browser; reading a rear end encryption instruction corresponding to the identifier of the verification request, and generating second verification information according to the rear end encryption information; according to the first verification information and the second verification information, generating a verification result; and sending the verification result to the browser so as to allow the browser to generate an access authority to the website contents. According to the invention, website contents can be prevented from being illegally grabbed and access security of the website contents is improved.
