Problems solved by technology

The literature "Analysis of the Urgency of Distribution Network Medium-Voltage Transformation Projects Based on Improved AHP" aims at the problem of insufficient funds for distribution network transformation, and puts forward the concept of 10kV feeder transformation urgency, which provides a basis for scientifically and effectively arranging the priority of transformation projects, but Only the initial investment cost is considered, and the distribution network reconstruction project takes a long time to operate. Compared with the initial investment cost, the cost during the operation period generally occupies a non-negligible proportion; In order to make full use of the renovation funds, the “Investment Planning for Energy Conservation Renovation” adopts the gray correlation weighted analysis method to establish a rough planning model for the allocation of renovation investment, but does not conduct a specific analysis of the costs of various renovation measures, and does not establish a specific cost model for energy conservation

Embodiment Construction

[0055] The implementation of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples, but the implementation and inclusion of the present invention are not limited thereto.

[0056] 1 The life cycle cost model of distribution network transformation considering the time value of money

[0057] 1.1 Life cycle cost model of distribution network transformation

[0058] The life-cycle cost of distribution network transformation includes four parts: equipment purchase and installation cost, equipment operation cost, equipment maintenance cost, and equipment scrap disposal cost. A series of costs from planning and design, construction, operation to scrap are considered comprehensively. Expressed by formula (1). Among them, equipment purchase and installation costs generally include equipment purchase and installation costs; equipment operation costs are mainly power consumption costs; equipment maintenance costs are mainly mai...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a power distribution network energy saving benefit evaluation method based on a full-life cycle model. From the perspective of the full-life cycle cost, and by utilizing a cash flow method, a full-life cycle cost model comprising three power distribution network energy saving reconstruction measures of reconstructing distribution transformers, constructing distribution lines and increasing reactive power compensation devices is established, and the influence of the load time sequence characteristics on the operation cost of a power distribution network is analyzed, so that a power distribution network energy saving reconstruction full-life cycle cost model considering the load time sequence characteristics is provided. By adopting the actual power distribution network energy saving reconstruction numerical examples to analyze, the results show that the equipment purchase and installation cost is lower at the power distribution network energy saving reconstruction initial stage, and the influence of the load time sequence characteristics on the operation cost of the power distribution network is increased gradually along with the increase of the operation time, so that the power distribution network energy saving reconstruction should consider the full-life cycle cost of a whole project, and must consider the influence of the load time sequence characteristics.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a distribution network energy-saving benefit evaluation method based on a full life cycle model, and belongs to the technical field of power system monitoring, analysis and control. [0002] technical background [0003] In order to cope with the increasingly tense energy situation, save energy, and create a green ecological environment, my country is actively carrying out various energy-saving transformations of distribution networks. The energy-saving transformation of distribution network often adopts measures such as adding reactive power compensation devices and replacing energy-saving power transmission and transformation equipment. The calculation is more complicated, and the actual distribution network transformation project is generally limited by funds, while the distribution network transformation project often pays more attention to technology, and does not pay enough attention to economic analysis and research. The...
