According to the embodiment of the method and the device, the attribute information of the base station corresponding to one broadcast signal is analyzed in the non-dormant period with the set cycle. Compared with a mode of analyzing multiple broadcast signals parallelly by a fixed terminal within one cycle in the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the CPU (Central Processing Unit) processing energy consumption of the fixed terminal is reduced effectively, the power consumption of the fixed terminal is reduced, and the normal work of the fixed terminal is ensured.
