Abstract

The method comprises the steps that an encode end carries out windowing truncation on an input speech signal to acquire a sub-frame; speech characteristic parameters of the sub-frame are extracted, wherein line spectrum pair frequency, pitch period, gain and band-pass clear / voiced intensity; a super-frame is formed by five adjacent sub-frames, and the type of the super-frame is determined; multi-frame joint quantization encoding is carried out on the speech characteristic parameters; remaining bits after multi-frame joint quantization encoding are used to carry out error control on important speech characteristic parameters; and finally binary bit stream is formed for transmission. After a decode end analyzes the super-frame type and the speech characteristic parameters, the speech characteristic parameters integrity is reconstructed to generate an excitation signal. A synthesis speech signal is acquired through self-adaptive spectrum enhancement, a synthesis filter, gain control and pulse dispersion filtering.
