A solenoid valve is installed in the body and is provided with a switching block. An inclined surface step and a groove in cooperation with the actuating rod are arranged on the front end of the lock pin assembly. A first cushion block is arranged on the inclined surface step. A PUSH signal switch is correspondingly arranged on the outer side of the first cushion block. A second cushion block is disposed on the bottom of the lockhole of the lock pin assembly and is capable of moving outwardly. One end of the second cushion block is provided with an inclined surface adaptive to a mechanical key end portion. The other end of the second cushion block is provided with a third cushion block. A through hole is disposed on the outer side, corresponding to the third cushion block, of the lock housing.
