Compared with the prior art, the research method for determining the dose-effect relationship of a traditional Chinese medicine compound on the basis of variable importance in projection has the advantages as follows: 1, the most important in-blood ingredient variable is acquired through analysis of in-blood ingredients with the method based on variable importance in projection, analysis of the in-blood ingredients is superior to that of ingredients of the compound, and a scheme calculated with the method is accurate and reliable; 2, according to the method, a threshold of a clinically recommended medicine is given on the basis that the dose-effect relationship is determined, valuable reference advice can be proposed for the clinic medicine, and direct cognition is provided for prediction of the clinic medicine through a dose-effect curve fitting equation; 3, according to the method, the in-blood ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine compound are adopted for dose-effect analysis, so that the analysis result is more reasonable and accurate; 4, a result of the method is displayed through patterns, and accordingly, people can better understand the analysis result.
