The method comprises: receiving a one-hand operation execution instruction input for a target application; in response to the one-hand operation execution instruction, executing a one-hand operation mode of the target application; according to the one-hand operation mode of the target application, adjusting the size of a display interface of the target application to a target size; and displaying the adjusted display interface of the target application in a first preset target position. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a terminal interface can be adjusted to realize the one-hand operation, so that the convenience of the terminal operation is improved and the user experience is enhanced.
