Abstract

The invention discloses a method for acquiring user natural gas use behavior characteristics and a device thereof. The method comprises the steps that gas use behaviors of multiple users are recorded; a gas use behavior time sequence is acquired according to the gas use behaviors of the multiple users; a gas use amount matrix of each user is acquired according to the gas use behavior time sequence; spectral analysis is performed on the gas use amount matrix of each user so that multiple indexes of the gas use amount matrix of each user are acquired; and the multiple indexes of each user are analyzed so that the user gas use behavior characteristics are acquired. Statistics is performed on the gas use amount of the users of a certain time period and calculation is performed according to the gas use amount obtained through statistics so that multiple index values of each user are obtained. Therefore, the natural gas use condition of the users can be understood in a detailed way by a natural gas operator through the calculated multiple index values, and thus the natural gas operator is enabled to provide corresponding services satisfying the users by aiming at different requirements of different users.
