Both the banknote pre-storage box and the banknote sorter are connected with the screw-nut transmission unit. After receiving banknotes sorted by the sorting mechanism, the banknote pre-storage box does reciprocating movement between the banknote boxes used for containing banknotes of different face values under the action of the screw-nut transmission unit according to face value information recognized by the banknote recognizer to put banknotes of corresponding face values into the corresponding banknote boxes.
