An environmentally friendly slope protection member is made through the steps of feeding, stirring, transporting, pouring, standing curing, steam curing, demolding and natural curing. The technology can be widely used to produce prefabricated concrete members, slightly increases the cost of production raw materials, reduces above 30% of the manpower cost, realizes no noises in production, makes the color difference of the prefabricated member products disappear, and reduces about 80% of surface pores.
