The method can be integrated with a photovoltaic plant active power automatic-control main station system which runs at a dispatching control center so that the system can implement a moderate control strategy according to real-time running states of the photovoltaic plants and the grid. Thus active power safety of the grid section is guaranteed while both fair dispatching of the different photovoltaic plants and photoelectric utilization maximum are achieved.
