Problems solved by technology

The analysis and measurement of the surface must interrupt the friction and wear process, disassemble the friction pair parts, and even destroy them to make samples, so that the friction and wear process cannot be continued
Oil analysis is currently unable to realize real-time online monitoring of the wear process, and some tribological systems use very little lubricating oil or use more solid-state lubricating grease during the experiment, so it is very difficult or impossible to extract lubricating oil that meets the experimental analysis dosage

Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a method for judging stability of a tribology system. The system comprises a friction abrasion testing machine, an acceleration sensor, signal acquisition equipment, a noise reduction unit and a central processing unit. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a friction vibration signal generated in the running process of the tribology system, drawing a Nyquist curve according to the noise after the noise reduction, and judging the stability of the to-be-tested tribology system component according to the characteristics of the Nyquist curve. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention is provided with the system and method for judging the stability of the tribology system, the stability detection of the tribology system can be achieved in the friction process without dismantling parts of the friction system or damaging the patterns, the condition that the friction abrasion process cannot be continued because of the test can be avoided. Meanwhile, the system and method has a wide application range and can be applied to the experiment condition in which the lubricating oil is difficult to extract.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system and method for determining the stability of a tribology system. Background technique [0002] The wear process of a tribological system can generally be divided into: a running-in (run-in) stage, a stable wear stage and a severe wear stage. When the tribological system is in the stable wear stage, the wear between the various components in the system is slow and stable, and the wear rate remains basically unchanged. It is generally considered that the tribological system in this stage is in a stable state. There are two main methods for judging the stability of the tribological system: one method is to analyze and judge the stability of the tribological system by analyzing the surface wear state of the components of the tribological system; The stability of the tribological system is determined by analyzing the changes of abrasive particles and metal elements in the lubricating oil used in the system before and after ...
