According to the invention, the weight of a spatial angle web member is mainly borne by the two main bearing lifting ropes, an included angle between the vertical axis of the spatial angle web member and a horizontal plane is adjusted through the lower heavy type turn buckle, the transverse space horizontal angle of the spatial angle web member is adjusted through the left and right leading chains, and therefore, the purpose of adjusting the spatial angle of the spatial angle web member is realized.
