The manufacture method for the prefabricated refractory wallboard comprises the steps of 1) taking flint clay as the main material and the aluminate cement, clay fine powder, a-Al203 micro powder, SiO2 micro powder, explosion-proof fibers and the like as the auxiliary material; 2) manufacturing the steel reinforcement framework; 3) conducting proportioning on the flint clay according to the three-level grading, then adding the aluminate cement, the a-Al203 micro powder, the SiO2 micro powder, the clay fine powder, the explosion-proof fiber and other auxiliary materials, and then adding water and stirring after premixing, finally adding the materials into a mould for vibration moulding; and 4) routine maintenance.
