The device comprises a pressure sensor, a spring, a differential transformer, an internal upper supporting plate, an internal upper linear bearing, an internal lower linear bearing, a sealed bottom cover, a handheld outer cover, a measuring rod, a hand pressed handle and a pedestal, wherein the pressure sensor is used for measuring the pressure born by a muscle; the spring is used for restoring the primary position of the measuring rod; the differential transformer is used for measuring a compression displacement value of the muscle under the pressure; the internal upper supporting plate, the internal upper linear bearing, the internal lower linear bearing and the sealed bottom cover are used for ensuring that the measuring rod linearly moves; the measuring rod is used for applying a pressure value to the muscle; the hand pressed handle is used for applying an action force to the measuring rod; the pedestal is a standard of the moving displacement of the measured muscle under the action of the pressure; and the handheld outer cover is a frame of the device.
