Abstract

The invention provides an image identification and output method and a system thereof. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: determining a special position coordinate related to the image according to the characteristics of the image and a rotary viewing angle related to at least one direction of the edge of an identification plate; and then according to the information of the rotary viewing angle, searching and comparing the corresponding given sample image in a database to generate at least one identification result. By the method of the invention, images with different rotary viewing angles or distances can be identified to improve the identification rate of the images.
