The germinated poppedrice has excellent nutrition and flavor because of germinating, containing coarse rice hulls, repeated soaking by oil, salt and sugar as well as thermal explosion. The thermal explosion rice hulls are easy to be decomposed by cellulose and other biochemical reagents under the destructive function of heat, have the similar effects of gas explosion rice straws and straws so that the production costis lower when the thermal explosion rice hulls are used as raw materials for producing xylitol, ethanol and other chemical products, and have rather better effect compared with the unprocessed rice hulls.
