The wet packing agent can be matched with a dual-force air pressure sealing treatment instrument with the transdermal drug delivery way for drug administration on the focus site, and is characterized by high efficacy, short treatment course, safety and reliability to the rheumatoid bone bi-syndrome; furthermore, clinical trails prove that the total effective rate for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc extrusion accompanied with different degrees of spinal stenosis is 98.5%.
