The composite for cosmetics comprises phellodendron essential oil, wild chrysanthemum flower essential oil, chamomile essential oil and fresh milk, wherein composite essential oil is formed by the phellodendron essential oil, the wild chrysanthemum flower essential oil and the chamomile essential oil; the weight ratio of the composite essential oil to the fresh milk is 0.2-0.8 to 5-20; the weight ratio of the phellodendron essential oil to the wild chrysanthemum flower essential oil to the chamomile essential oil is 1:1.5-2.5:2.5-3.5.
