Abstract

The present invention relates to a pearl artificial cultivating method, which includes the procedures as follow: (1) the reproduction of the spat of the Hyriopsis cumingii: preparing the reproduction field, the parent Hyriopsis cumingii and the host fish and after the spat collection, the spatfall and the shedding, the demersal glochidium is grown up to be a larva mussel; (2) growth-promotion cultivating of the juvenile mussel: the larva mussel is cultivated in a grid box to be a juvenile mussel; (3) surgery and management of the mussel: the juvenile mussel becomes a pearly mussel through a seed sowed surgery and the pearly mussel is hanging to cultivate after the surgery; (4) the cultivation of the pearly mussel: cultivating the pearly mussel can achieve the product of the pearls; the pearly mussel is cultivated after being transferred to another place in the cultivating process of the procedure (4). Through the transferring of the cultivating environment, the present invention adjusts the small geographic ecology and water quality of the mussel pond and also brings about the differential compensation of the micro-elements, thereby promoting the further growth of the pearly mussel and improving the bigness, roundness, light and color of the pearl.
