Problems solved by technology

[0007] Usually in-situ culture is adopted in step (4), and the culture pond is not replaced during the culture process. Due to problems such as water quality aging and trace element imbalance in the original pond, the long clam pearls are slow to grow, diseases increase, and pearl luster is poor in the later stage of culture.

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the examples, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0026] A method for artificial cultivation of pearls, comprising the steps of:

[0027] (1) Propagation of Trigonaus mussel seedlings: prepare the breeding site, parent mussels and parasitic fish, and after picking seedlings, attaching seedlings, and falling off in turn, the larvae grow into juvenile mussels at the bottom;

[0028] (2) Young mussel growth-promoting cultivation: adopt net cage to cultivate juvenile mussel growth to obtain young mussel;

[0029] (3) Mussel operation and management: Transplant young mussels to obtain pearl mussels, and hang them after the operation;

[0030] (4) Cultivation of Pearl-Cultivating Mussels: Cultivating Pearl-Cultivating Clams to obtain pearl products;

[0031] Step (4) During the breeding process, the pearl clam is relocated to another place.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a pearl artificial cultivating method, which includes the procedures as follow: (1) the reproduction of the spat of the Hyriopsis cumingii: preparing the reproduction field, the parent Hyriopsis cumingii and the host fish and after the spat collection, the spatfall and the shedding, the demersal glochidium is grown up to be a larva mussel; (2) growth-promotion cultivating of the juvenile mussel: the larva mussel is cultivated in a grid box to be a juvenile mussel; (3) surgery and management of the mussel: the juvenile mussel becomes a pearly mussel through a seed sowed surgery and the pearly mussel is hanging to cultivate after the surgery; (4) the cultivation of the pearly mussel: cultivating the pearly mussel can achieve the product of the pearls; the pearly mussel is cultivated after being transferred to another place in the cultivating process of the procedure (4). Through the transferring of the cultivating environment, the present invention adjusts the small geographic ecology and water quality of the mussel pond and also brings about the differential compensation of the micro-elements, thereby promoting the further growth of the pearly mussel and improving the bigness, roundness, light and color of the pearl.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pearl cultivation technology. (2) Background technology [0002] In the prior art, the artificial culture method of pearl generally comprises the following steps: [0003] (1) Propagation of Trigonaus mussel seedlings: prepare the breeding site, parent mussels and parasitic fish, and after picking seedlings, attaching seedlings, and falling off in turn, the larvae grow into juvenile mussels at the bottom; [0004] (2) Young mussel growth-promoting cultivation: adopt net cage to cultivate juvenile mussel growth to obtain young mussel; [0005] (3) Mussel operation and management: Transplant young mussels to obtain pearl mussels, and hang them after the operation; [0006] (4) Cultivation of Pearl-Cultivating Mussels: Cultivating Pearl-Cultivating Clams to obtain pearl products; [0007] Usually in-situ culture is adopted in step (4), and the culture pond is not replaced during the culture process. Due to problems such a...
