A permanent magnet positioning gastrointestinal tract pH value noninvasive observation system in 24h belonging to the technical field of medical appliance is provided. Wherein, the minisize pH value inspecting capsule enters into gastrointestinal tract of the human through taking orally to inspect the pH value of gastrointestinal tract noninvasively for 24h and then being emitted out from human body through wireless mode; an extracorporeal position tracing device inspects the position information of the minisize pH value inspecting capsule and then transmits to an extracorporeal data recording device through leads, which receives wirelessly the gastrointestinal tract pH value data emitted by the minisize pH value inspecting capsule and stores the position information and inspecting time information of the pH value data and the minisize pH value inspecting capsule in designed format; the extracorporeal position processing system is arranged outside the human body, which reads the data stored in the extracorporeal data recording device and then processes the data.
