Problems solved by technology

However, in this case, since the ink has a relatively large viscosity, the ink flow path where the measuring device is installed is often blocked, and this method does not allow workers to easily disassemble and clean the measuring device
Therefore, it is often necessary to replace old equipment with new equipment, which is not economical

Embodiment Construction

[0032] Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a printing apparatus employing an ink viscosity adjusting device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

[0033] The ink stored in the storage tank 10 is delivered to the printing container 13 through the supply channel 12 under the driving force of the driving pump 11 .

[0034] A printing roller 14 and a pressure roller 15 that contacts the printing roller 14 and rotates together are mounted on the printing container 13 .

[0035] The unprinted fabric 100 passes through the printing roller 14 and the pressing roller 15, and the printing roller 14 is wetted from the ink contained in the printing container 13 at this time, thereby performing the printing job. The ink in the printing container 13 is returned to the storage tank 10 by the recovery channel 16, thereby ensuring circulation. Reference numeral 17 denotes an agitator for agitating the ink in the storage tank 10 .

Abstract

Disclosed is an apparatus for regulating viscosity of ink, which is installed on a flow path of ink in a printing device for regulation of ink viscosity. The apparatus includes a housing installed on the flow path and having an introduction hole and a discharge hole through which ink is introduced and discharged; a rotary shaft installed in the housing and to which at least one rotating fan is coupled to rotate along with flow of the ink; a sensed member having a sensed body at one end thereof and coupled to the rotary shaft to rotate together with the rotary shaft; and a sensor for sensing the sensed body.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an ink viscosity regulating device, in particular to a device used in printing equipment to regulate ink viscosity within a predetermined range. Background technique [0002] Ink viscosity is very important for printing equipment that prints a large number of substances. Since the ink itself contains a volatile solution, it becomes more and more concentrated over time. If the viscosity of the ink changes as described above, improvement in the quality of the ink cannot be expected, and the liquid flow channels in the printing apparatus may be clogged with the ink, causing the apparatus to malfunction. Therefore, most printing apparatuses require a means for maintaining ink viscosity properly within a predetermined range. [0003] A traditional method of measuring ink viscosity that relies heavily on manual work is shown in Figure 1. That is, after the container 1 having a hole 2 of a certain size at the bottom is filled with ...
