The method has the advantages thatthe purpose of minimizing the cost can be achieved, and the service route of nursing workers is simplified; by converting a scheduling model into a quasi-traveling salesman problem, a non-feasible solution problem generated by a common intelligent water drop algorithm is effectively eliminated; the nursing worker resources are reasonably allocated, the reasonable scheduling of the community home-based care service institution on the nursing worker resources can be satisfied, and the optimization of the nursing worker service path is achieved.
