The testing device comprises a set of landslide dynamic condition simulation system, a set of hydrodynamic condition simulation system and a set of non-contact measurement system, wherein the landslide dynamic condition simulation system can simulate various landslide body materials, landslide speed, and width, length and inclination angle of a landslide path;the hydrodynamic condition simulation system can simulate a plurality of hydrodynamic conditions such as water flow, water flow velocity, riverway inclination angle and riverbed properties; and the non-contact measurement system equipped on the testing device can realize from single contact point measurement to the whole domain non-contact measurement, and the measurement method is high in precision, convenient and fast. The testing device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and a reliable indoor test simulation device and a reliable indoor test simulation method are provided for research of a landslide-barrier dam-dam break flood disaster chain.
