Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid measuring device for a train body length of a D-series high-speed train and a measuring method thereof. The measuring device comprises a frame. An inverted V-shaped plate is arranged at one side of the frame; and a base of a servo electric cylinder is installed at the tail end of the inverted V-shaped plate. The upper end of the frame is hinged to a three-link mechanism; and the output end of the servo electric cylinder is hinged to the three-link mechanism. A pedal type pressure sensor is arranged at the tail end of the three-link mechanism; the end portion ofthe pedal type pressure sensor is hinged to a pressing plate by a universal joint ball bearing; and an inclination sensor and an infrared ranging sensor are arranged on the pressing plate respectively. In addition, the measuring method includes: installing the measuring devices at standing columns at the two sides of a train body; and enabling pressing plates to be in contact with the front end and the rear end of the train body. Therefore, a problem of being lack of the accurate measurement of the length of the D-series high-speed train body in the prior art is solved.
