According to the method, the defects that an existing method is high in mathematical requirement, complex in calculation process and not visual enough in evaluation result are well overcome, the quantitative relation between all indexes in evaluation is expressed in a graphic mode, the method is visual and vivid,the evaluation process is simple, and comprehensive evaluation is achieved.
