The strain was preserved in General Microbiology Center of China Microbiological Culture Preservation Management Committee, No. 1, No. 1 Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing on August 27, 2018. , the deposit number is: CGMCC No.16343. The strain is Gram-positive bacillus, without capsule, endophytic spores can be seen in spore staining, the colony is cracked, the colony is single or connected sheet, the color of the colony is white, and the edge of the colony is complete. The strain is a facultative anaerobic strain producing cellulase; within 48 hours, the CMCase activity of the strain was 70.4IU / mL, and the CX activity was 25.23IU / mL.
