[0050]

[0051] There are two origins 1 and 4 and two destinations 2 and 3 in the Nguyen-Dupuis network. Assume that the employment increase target for 2018 is 100,000, that is, D=100,000, which is stipulated or predicted by policy makers. The problem is to determine the best optimal commercial land layout pattern for destinations 2 and 3 in order to make the best use of the transportation system. The number of layout patterns N=500 is randomly generated by Dichiclet distribution Dir(α), where α is a vector (1, 1). The present invention calculates traffic system performance for each allocation mode. For business centers 2 and 3, the existing job target attraction is 500,000 and 800,000 respectively. In a...

Abstract

In order to make cities grow smartly, policy makers usually face a challenging problem, that is, how to lay out commercial land based on the performance of the transportation system, so that the coordinated development of transportation and land use. The present invention proposes a new two-layer model system to solve this problem, wherein the upper layer model optimizes the performance of the traffic system through commercial land layout, and the lower layer uses a sequential model with feedback to achieve traffic system equilibrium. In addition, a multinomial logit model is used for the traffic distribution to fully represent the decision-making behavior of travelers. In order to solve the proposed two-layer model, the present invention designs an effective Dirichlet allocation algorithm on the basis of Dirichlet distribution, iterative weighting method (MSA), Frank-Wolfe algorithm and Dijkstra algorithm. Finally, a case study using the Nguyen-Dupuis network is used to verify the operability and effectiveness of the proposed method and algorithm. This modeling approach can be an invaluable tool in determining the layout of commercial land in cities.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention establishes a commercial land layout optimization method based on traffic system performance, and belongs to the technical field of traffic planning. Background technique: [0002] Transportation Oriented Development (TOD) is an urban development strategy that optimizes the performance of transportation systems while meeting urban development goals. Therefore, policy makers often face a challenging problem, that is, how to make land use layout based on the performance of the transportation system, so as to coordinate the development of transportation and land use. In fact, the location, scale, and intensity of land development are determined by policy makers (usually the government), while the generation, destination, means of transport, and routes of traffic trips are determined by travelers. The levels are not the same. The government designs land use and transportation policies, while travelers decide their own travel behavior on a ...
