In the actual mixing process, a metering pump is used for achieving the amount control, and a three-way electrometric valve sends water into the purifiedwater metering hopper and a subordinate water tank in an adjusting manner; clean water sent into the purified water metering hopper first is mixed with an external agent and is sent to a stirring box, while water in the subordinate water tank is sprayed out from a spray head under the pressurized conveying effect of a booster pump, and at the moment, the inner wall of the purified water meteringhopper is washed, so that the conditions of adhesion and waste of the external agent can be avoided; overall, through adoption of single water injection, effective waste prevention can be achieved, the effect is excellent and the operation is easy; then, compressed air is ejected from the spray head, and a high-speed flowing airflow can quickly blow off mixed liquid accumulated on the inner surface of the purified water metering hopper, so that rapid treatment to the accumulated water can be performed, thus the residual condition of the mixed liquid on the inner wall is avoided and the overallspeed efficiency is higher.
